QA/QC Introduction

Quality Inspection Dept carries out an overall quality control in raw materials, components processing and whole set. It's composed of physical lab, chemical lab and measure room. All test items include physical & chemical experiments (i.e. mechanical performance and chemical composition analysis), non-destructive testing (i.e. supersonic and magnetic particle flaw detection), heat treatment, dynamic & static balance test, spring stretch - compress text, blade frequency test etc. Also it carries out an overall performance experiment of completed machines so as to ensure the quality of products conforms to standards.
